Surveys are Lou experiences that allow you to collect feedback from users while they visit your site. Lou surveys can be designed to collect both quantitative and qualitative data based on the survey form options that you choose. Building a survey follows the same process as building any other Lou experience and they can be fully customized for your use case and brand.
Net Promoter Score
The Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a standardized method among SaaS companies for measuring customer satisfaction. We've designed an NPS Survey template within Lou that gives you everything you need to get started with NPS.
Simply select the NPS Survey template within the Lou Builder and customize the design to your liking. We've already implemented the standardized content, design, and user experience of a typical NPS Survey for you, so we recommend only making minimal changes such as background and text color.

Once implemented, Lou will collect responses from your users and generate an NPS Score. Learn about how NPS is calculated here
Survey Form Options
Each "step" of a Lou survey can include any one of the following form options.
Short Answer
A short answer form option allows you to ask your users any question and have them fill in a text-based response. View an example
0-10 Score
A 0-10 score form option allows you to ask your users any question and have them submit any score between 0 and 10. View an example
Thumbs Up or Down
A thumbs up or down form option allows you to ask your users any question and have them respond by selecting a thumbs up icon (positive) or thumbs down icon (negative). View an example
